TERMS CONDITIONS Party Supplies R Us is a part of Online Party Supplies Ltd and these terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Party Supplies R Us. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions. Party Supplies R Us accept no liability or responsibility for incorrect use of an item, this includes over inflation of balloons or loss of helium when inflating balloons. We accept no liability for any damage or harm that comes from using our products if used incorrectly or irresponsibly. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and you accept to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Following receipt of your order, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Acceptance of your order will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, we reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion. Prices given on quotations are subject to increase at any time. We only deliver our goods to the Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses. Loss and damage of goods passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.Should you request us to mark the packages with instructions such as leave with neighbour, place in porch or any similiar requests we are not responsible should the parcel go missing or is damaged We will take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, Goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of the items ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. We do our best to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Missing or Damaged Items must be reported to us by e-mail sales@partysuppliesrus.co.uk within 2 days of receipt. Returns apart from those as seen below. These must be received back by us unused in the original condition and the original packing undamaged these must be accompanied by a Returns No this you can get by e-mailing sales@partysuppliesrus.co.uk quoting your invoice number and the reason for the return this request must be made within 2 days of receipt of the items We are unable to accept returns for the following items: We do not give Refunds or accept Returns on Special Orders or items that we have Discounted to you. Refunds are subject to an 8% Re Stocking Charge and a further 10% Bank Administration charge. Once an order is placed and paid for should it be cancelled at a later date charges will be made for the work done up to the cancellation plus a 10% Bank / Credit Card Administration charge. The cost of returns is at your expense and you are responsible for the items until we have received them safely back to our Address which can be found below. We normally make refunds in 28 days following receipt of the goods we do not however refund the postage packing costs involved in sending the order to you or the cost of you returning the goods.
