We endeavour to dispatch orders in 24 hours Monday to Friday (apart from Bank Holidays) - please note this is different for Personalised Gifts and Personalised Banners as set out below.

Delivery Charges are set out below:

First Class Royal Mail £3.95 Mainland UK Delivery usually in 4 to 5 working days.

Offshore UK Islands will be quoted separately on receipt of order.

Special Delivery Next Working Day £10.95 Monday to Friday only up to 5-30pm deliveries are not made on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. For this service orders must be received by 11 am Monday to Thursday. This service is only available to Mainland UK
This service requires a signature so we suggest that you ensure you are in or send it to your works address if no one is available to sign we cannot be held responsible for non delivery

First Class Royal Mail this can take up to 4-5 working days however we cannot guarantee delivery times for First Class Royal Mail and are not responsible if they take longer than the 5 days.
Should you not have received the order in 5 days please check with your local sorting office as quite often if no one is in and the package will not fit through the letter box they are taken back there.

Should you request us to mark the package with instructions such as Leave with Neighbour, place in Porch or any similar requests we are not responsible if the parcel is damaged or goes missing
